About Us
Viper Institute of Performance (VIP) is a Rhode Island–based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through athletics, academic development, and mentorship. VIP exists to provide student-athletes ages 10–18 with access to high-quality training, leadership development, and life-skill education that prepares them for success in college, careers, and their communities.
The organization operates under the belief that athletics can be a powerful vehicle for personal growth when combined with intentional academic support and character development. VIP programs are designed to cultivate discipline, resilience, teamwork, and leadership while ensuring that young people have the academic foundation and guidance necessary to pursue long-term opportunity.
VIP’s mission is summarized by its guiding principle:
Driven by Passion. United by Purpose. Creating opportunities for every athlete.

Long-Term Vision
VIP is building a comprehensive youth performance institute that integrates athletic education and mentorship into a single developmental ecosystem. This model is designed to support the full development of each athlete while creating structured pathways to long-term success.
Our long-term vision is to expand access to high-quality athletic training and increase scholarship opportunities for underserved athletes. At the same time, VIP is committed to building structured academic support and mentorship programs that reinforce the importance of education, personal development, and accountability. A key component of this vision is building a dedicated training and education facility that will provide year-round support for youth development.
Through these efforts, VIP is positioned to become a regional leader in youth athlete development and to foster a culture that prioritizes character, academic achievement, and lifelong leadership.
